Join Yin Yoga Teacher and Acupuncturist, Sarah, for this 2 hour workshop of mindful Yin Yoga poses, followed by a balancing acupuncture treatment.
As we are in the midst of Summer our days are longer and fuller. A time of expansion and blossoming, we are often called into more activity-fueled days. The practice of Yin Yoga encourages us to take the time to balance out the Yang season of 'doing', with the Yin practices of stillness and 'being'.
Accompanied by soul-soothing poetry and relaxing music, this workshop is designed to bring you into a state of reflection and stillness, leaving you feeling balanced and refreshed for those fuller, busier days ahead. The workshop will conclude with a 20 minute acupuncture treatment to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system.
Suitable for those new to Yoga and Acupuncture.
